Easy math here is that Talita can get takedowns and Ariane sucks at defending them. On the ground Talita will be miles ahead. My one and only concern with this insanely wide line is that Ariane is built Steve Lattimeyer from The Program. Talita's takedowns aren't great and if she is relying on strength, against someone with a neck as wide as Jacob's thigh, it could be a rough outing. Talita will be the pick here, but likely staying away from this one.
Talita Alencar
Talita Alencar is an accomplished who comes out guns blazing, chasing takedowns and looking to get it to the ground immediately. Once she gets it to the ground she is very busy with her striking and goes there first before looking for a submission. Even though she is a very accomplished grappler, she is mostly looking for control and not chasing submissions. Her takedowns aren't great and she relies on strength to get it to the ground. Her striking is not very good and if she can't get a takedown, she will always be at a disadvantage.
Ariane Carnelossi
Ariane Carnelossi is very aggressive, very strong an willing to be in a fire fight. Her takedown defense is pretty bad and her offensive takedowns are not great but she is strong enough and gritty enough to get takedowns if she needs to. She is coming off the DQ win over Pereira Rodriguez when were was taken down and absolutely railed in the face with an intentional headbutt.
