Paul Craig is the new Gerald Meershart and like Gerald, he loses here and likely gets cut. The only thing of concern here if you are on the Modestas side is that Paul Craig is pretty tough and has only lost to high level fighters. Bo Nickal, Brendan Allen and Caio Borralho would all also beat Modestas. I think Paul walks forward and tries to bomb away, but Modestas is too good of a striker and has too good of takedown defense.

Modestas Bukauskas

Modestas Bukauskas is a very versatile striker who is dangerous on his feet. He can be a bit low volume which is why he has a negative striking differential, but he has all the tools to be successful UFC. He has a 77% takedown defense and is typically a striker only. He is coming off the close decision win over Ion Cutelaba where he defended 4 takedowns.

Paul Craig

Paul Craig is a dangerous grappler who has proven to be incredibly tough. He is never out of a fight and has more than one win where his face was being smashed to bits until he managed to pull off a come from behind victory. Essentially if he has any room to grapple with you, you need to worry. His striking is just ok but he does have a little bit of power. His biggest issue is that his takedowns are not good so he cant force a fight to the ground. He is coming off the draw with Rodolfo Bellato where he was smoke dearly but grinded his way back.
